Conditions to which this warranty applies:
Mattress:
- Loose, broken, or protruding coils or wires
- Sagging, only if the mattress has been continuously supported by a matching box springs/foundation on an appropriate frame and center support. (Refer to “Proper Support” in this warranty.) Sagging is defined as 1 ½” deep severe compression
of the mattress.
Proper Support::
- Use of a matching Snuz FR-Certified box spring unit/foundation and a proper frame with center support is required. Due to the abundance of inferior low quality oundations and box spring
units in the market, we do NOT recommend using a different brand. Our mattresses are
designed to be used specifically with a Snuz box spring or foundation and using our mattress
with a foundation or box spring manufactured by any other company VOIDS the warranty. - Your mattress set requires a high quality frame with a rigid center support for full, queen and
king size to insure longevity. Full and queen requires a frame with a center support that has a
fifth leg touching the floor for optimal support. Bed rails must have atleast 10 wooden slats, and
in general must be a solid platform. A bed base with three steel cross supports must be used.
These options meet the warrant requirements. As for king size sets, they should be placed on
rigid frames or rails that have a rigid center rail and a minimum of six legs that reach the floor to
meet the warranty requirements. - A quality mattress protector is highly recommended to act as a barrier against daily wear and
tear. Stains, burns, or abuse of the mattress or foundation will void your warranty.
Regarding Rollpacked and Compressed Mattresses.
These are NOT covered under the warranty:
A mattress that has been compressed for an extended period of time (60 days or longer).:
- Mattress handles. Handles sewn into the side panels of select mattresses should never be used to lift or transport the mattress. The handles are
designed to be decorative and should only be used on rare occasions for very slight adjustments to the mattress alignment. - Loose threads. Occasionally, you may find loose threads from tie-off stitches in the quilting or side panels of your mattress. This finding is
normal and will not impact the longevity or performance of your mattress in any w ay. - Normal increase of softness after a reasonable break-in period.
- Normal decrease of recovery after a reasonable break-in period.
All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the product has been physically stained, abused, damaged, burned, moisture saturated, cut or torn. Snuz reserves the
right to refuse repair or replacement of any product deemed to be in an unsanitary
condition.
Initiating a Warranty Claim
If you believe your mattress and/or box spring has developed a problem which is covered by this warranty, contact the store from which you purchased the set. They may require you to
bring the set to the store or may dispatch a warranty inspector to your home to investigate your claim. Should the store determine that your claim is possibly valid, at our option, Snuz will
repair or replace any structurally defective materials. Costs and arrangement of transportation
of the set to and from the Snuz factory are entirely the responsibility of the end consumer. All
services should be handled directly through a retailer and not through the manufacturer. .Not
every issue is a warranty claim. The retail store where you purchased your mattress should be
your first point of contact. If the retailer cannot provide service for you or you can’t reach your
retailer, please complete this form and someone from our team will contact you to discuss the
issue.
